Our great family owned pest control sold their business to Ventura Pest Control so we were forced to be their customers. It was downhill from the beginning. Less personal, less courtesy when a technician arrived. Just got bills in the mail and no communication. Final straw was a technician showed up without alerting us, never rang the doorbell so we could keep our dog from going outside and started "spraying" a few areas in our front yard.
