Minus 12 stars. This is a horrible house, I hope other Oxford Houses are legit and sincere compared to this horror show. They bully and manipulate you by ganging up on you. They cannot keep their rooms full so they attempt to extort, lie and steal extra money so there's a rent cushion. This is truly the LAST place you want to land if you need to remain sober or rely on people you can trust. Shady ladies who turn on you based on their own lies. Yucko!
