The language barrier was so bad, and they completely messed up my nail I asked for short acrylics and they just painted my real nail and the design I asked for was completely different. I was getting peer pressured and they cut my real nail super short

Made an appointment for 7 for my nieces, brother in law, sister and mom. The entire salon was so wonderful. Took photos for my sister of the girls, I messed up my mom’s toe putting on her shoe and Ms Kim fixed it. Ms Sarah did my toes and she was so gentle and kind. Made the whole experience relaxing. I know it’s stressful when large parties all come in so thank you so much for having us all together and not making us feel like a burden. You were all amazing thank you so so so so much!!!

I specifically chose Ventura Nails because they came up as a higher-end salon. I assumed that meant more attention to detail and less of the typical "get you in, get you out" approach that’s common at busier, lower-cost places. They sent me to Kim at chair 7 for a pedicure, and unfortunately, the water was cold. I asked if it could be adjusted, and she turned on the hot water, but by then the bowl was already full, so it only reached a lukewarm temperature before she turned it off again.
