Ventura may be smaller than some other staffing companies, but I feel like my recruiter, Tiffany, goes above and beyond to help me with my assignments. She listens to me, she responds quickly, and she's helped me in more ways that I can list here. Payroll is straightforward and easy to use, and my pay has never been wrong (cannot say that about a different company I used to work for). I would highly recommend Tiffany and Ventura
