No one ever answers the door at the building. Several people waiting for anyone to answer. There was even a note on door today saying they were at a property from 11-4. So 6 of us residents there from 4-415. Still no one. This has been a regular thing the last 2 weeks for m e alone. Also, thier voicemails won't even let you leave any. This is not good for our subdivision. Plus thier website says it's expired.
There's a whole homeless encampment in the woods in the front of the neighborhood right across from the pool. Drifters spotted every morning on my way to work. Why do I pay HOA fees when these people get to stay here for free while ruining our community. My kids can't play or fish around the pond like I used to without me worrying about them finding drugs or used needles. The HOA fees increase while the neighborhood gets worse and worse.
