The Ventura office staff is friendly and provides great service. I already wear hearing aids and went in for an annual checkup. Bryce did the testing. He is easy to talk to and answers any questions you have. He was able to adjust my aids for my slight decrease in hearing and did not push me to buy new aids. Karina can fix issues like a broken wire to an ear piece on the spot.
Good testing equipment and facilities. Easily graphed the difference from 3 years ago. Very knowledgeable and up on the latest technology.
