If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. My parents have been waiting for a response from this company for over 2 years for their items that were taken for storage after a fire happened in their home. They never received all this items, claims weren’t submitted, the owner isn’t answering their phone calls, listing weren’t submitted as well, and the list goes on. This is over all poor service. This company did the mitigation part in my house after a massive float and they worked well, however, after many days of not being able to contact them to know why they have not sent the paperwork to my insurance company, the owner send me a message that he is on vacation and will do it when he returns. What kind of owner of a company decides to go on vacation without doing the right thing first....very unprofessional.
