Literally awful. The front desk workers are so rude for no reason. Even on phone calls. Dr. parsa is nice but she does nothing more than ask if you’re suicidal then just fill your script-doesn’t ask you anything else. Jackie the therapist is very good and understanding she’s probably the only person in that place I’d recommend. I asked multiple times for a case manager which they offered and of course that never happened. Now the biggest issue in this place is a complete lack of care. My therapist is the best I could ever get! I have small issues with my psychiatrist since English doesn't seem to be her first language but still very good at her job. The nurses are very nice too!
