Received my son's referral (that I was able to confirm) and after 1.5 weeks later, they never called him to schedule. Left repeated status messages with their referral department. No replies. My son is in pain and they obviously could care less. Despicable service.

I was so nervous to bring my 6 year old in after a dislocated joint. Sylwia has been so fantastic and my daughter thinks that we are going to play at a gym. You can tell Sylwia has children of her own and knows how to make it all into a game and engaging. She is patient and works with my daughter to help her feel empowered to contribute ideas. Her mobility has improved dramatically and I am just so relieved that she loves going to PT!

I have been trying to get in contact with them for over a week to schedule for my daughter's speech session. Every time I call I get told the same thing " we will take a message and the scheduling department will get in contact with you soon." It's been more than a week and I still have not gotten a call back. I called again today and the lady who I was on the phone with told me it can take up to 48 hours to receive a call back. The facility and staff might be great, but watch out for their billing practices. VCMC does the billing for them and they bill for services that weren't even done. If you call to try to get them to fix it, they will just say that they are legitimate charges without any investigation into the validity of the claim. One physical therapist, told my husband there was nothing she could do for him, because he had done it all at home by himself before they could get him in for an appointment due to them being so busy.
