I have been trying to get in contact with them for over a week to schedule for my daughter's speech session. Every time I call I get told the same thing " we will take a message and the scheduling department will get in contact with you soon." The facility and staff might be great, but watch out for their billing practices. VCMC does the billing for them and they bill for services that weren't even done. If you call to try to get them to fix it, they will just say that they are legitimate charges without any investigation into the validity of the claim. One physical therapist, told my husband there was nothing she could do for him, because he had done it all at home by himself before they could get him in for an appointment due to them being so busy.
