Dr. Dalsania is great. He seems attentive and listens to our concerns. The low rating goes to the front desk. They seem very unorganized and unprofessional. We’ve had multiple scenarios where there was a miscommunication on their end but they blamed us for it. For example, scheduling an appt without notifying us or waiting for orders to be sent out to another facility and again without telling us orders have already been sent. We have felt so supported by Lisa. She is always on top of scheduling and reminders for test ect. Her wonderful personality an sincere compassion has made the whole experience a bit easier, it's not the happiest of places to be given the situation but she definitely keeps us positive and optimistic. She is a real Gem! She makes us feel like we are family and her priority. Lisa does more than just her job! We truly are grateful for her.
