Dr. Dalsania is great. He seems attentive and listens to our concerns. The low rating goes to the front desk. They seem very unorganized and unprofessional. We’ve had multiple scenarios where there was a miscommunication on their end but they blamed us for it. For example, scheduling an appt without notifying us or waiting for orders to be sent out to another facility and again without telling us orders have already been sent.
