Our awesome customer service earned us Readers Choice award in The Ventura Star newspaper 2014. We give away free Kangen Water, maps, helmets, flat repair kits and locks to our rental customers. bought 2 new tires and had them installed. one was flat the next day. the second went flat within a week. both had cuts on rim side. when i went in they were uninterested in my problem - instead making weak excuses that were not possible but NOT their fault. NO SERVICE AFTER THE SALE.
Called for an unusual size tire for a kids balance bike and they had them in stock. Not only that but they helped us as soon as we came in. They were busy but they got to us right away. The price was much cheaper than I anticipated. Thanks for the friendly and prompt service. When you are waiting with a kid in tow it really makes a mom's day to get in and out fast!
