Great customer service, very happy with their communication and service again
Today, Jaye from VentRight came to clean out my dryer vent. I had a birds nest in there and all the dryer lint had backed up. It was a mess. He was wonderful. He was professional polite explained everything cleaned up. I cannot rave enough about what a wonderful experience it was with him today. I got a text when I made the appointment. I got a text when Jaye was on his way (with his picture) and I got a text afterwards. Great communication from this company.
Knowledgeable, nice, professional, and efficient! Their arrival ETA / texting service is also very convenient. Would recommend!
