Don't take pets here! During May visit, prescribed medication for hotspot WITHOUT instruction how frequently to give. Requested cone to prevent licking but told by Dr. Uth vet cone isn't needed. After several calls regarding med dosing not given and infection occurring, instructed to come in for second visit. Was due a credit but Office Manager had credit pay for original cone requested but finally gave proper med dosages.
