Wrote a review yesterday re a lost urine sample for my 92 year old mother. Having called again this morning to speak to the practice manager ( still unavailable) I have been told that red topped samples are sent off not tested on site . At no point yesterday did anyone know to tell me that even though I said it was red topped and the GP at 5.35 didn’t know where the sample was.
