Do not deal with this company ever. The technician arrived at my house 2 hrs after said time and had hit my neighbours basketball net on the way here. He spent over an hour trying to fix the basketball net with a bunch of neighbours outside. He was for sure texting and driving. Should not have let him in my house . On top of that, technician comes unprepared and missing tools for diagnosis of issue. Two previous techs from other companies came here with the tools in hand and he made up a story about this “said” tool he neede... read more
