Très mauvais service. Notre thermopompe gèle continuellement depuis 4 ans. Elle est actuellement non-fonctionnelle en pleine chaleur. J'ai tenté de les rejoindre à environ 6 reprises lors des derniers jours. Aucun retour du technicien et de la propriétaire. Nous sommes très découragés. Nous déconseillons vivement.

J'ai contacté pour qu'il me fassent une soumissions. Après les avoir relancé quelque fois, il ont cédulé une visite à mon domicile pour inspecter et me faire une soumission. La veille on m'a contacté pour me dire qu'ils avaient trop d'ouvrage et qu'ils ne pouvaient pas me prendre comme client. Mauvaise gestion planification et manque de communication claire.
Ventilair est venu m'installer un climatiseur console dans mon condo au Mont Édouard. Travail impeccable avec du matériel de qualité. Compagnie sur la coche 👌
