De vrais pro. Service a la clientèle excellent et leur produit de marque également .

Très mauvais service. Notre thermopompe gèle continuellement depuis 4 ans. Elle est actuellement non-fonctionnelle en pleine chaleur. J'ai tenté de les rejoindre à environ 6 reprises lors des derniers jours. Aucun retour du technicien et de la propriétaire. Nous sommes très découragés. Nous déconseillons vivement.
