Great company. I had my dryer vent cleaned and had the outside covers for the vents replaced. I've had this service done by other companies and I can tell you you that Ventflow did a much better job. I would absolutely recommend them.
Ventflow was absolutely incredible with handling a very unique vent issue we had. Not only did we have a damaged air vent, but a bird infestation in that vent that many companies didn’t want to touch! They came and handled the bird situation humanely and with great care, then cleaned and sanitized everything, AND rebuilt/fixed the broken part of the vent. I can't say enough good things about this company!! 1.) Scheduling was easy. And there's actually a person that answers the phone and knows the details of the service! 2.) They are very upfront about their costs. No up-selling. What they said it was going to cost was what I paid. The price is fair for what they did! 3.) They came when they said they would.
