If I could give a 10 star I would because the young very Polite young Man that came to my rental unit was beyond AMAZING HE FOUND MOLD in My HVAC system AND IT WAS BADDDDD SO he gave me a price to fix and KILL the MOLD with a RED LIGHT and they give you a lift time warranty.... BUT THEN SEARS Manager SAID WE DO NOT DO RENTALS!!! in the most RUDEST way POSSIBLE WAY... Absolutely a scam they clean the AC blowers but just blow the dirt in the coils and pan which then clog your units and then you need to call your AC guy to clean. Should have talked to my AC guy first. Stay far away
