My Mom resided at Ventana Winds for three years. She had a wonderful experience living there. She was so happy. It was residing at a hotel. She thought she was a Queen! Thank you to the entire staff for making her so happy during the time she lived there.
I never felt right about the safety of my loved ones items in her room in memory care, as things we brought to her would be gone the next time we came, and im not saying theft, but carelessness i think. Nice ok staff, but dont trust them still. And its a state approved facility and you would think they would watch more as the state wants too know about these issues and look into them fast, i hope it gets better there. take care
