My issue is being sent into phone Hell when l had a simple question to ask concerning an appointment. Your automated call center is the absolute worst! After three failed attempts and 30 minutes of lost time, l finally had to get in my car and drive 15 minutes in order to speak to someone to answer and confirm an appointment! Granted, once l was there, the receptionist was very nice and helpful but overall, l hate your phone service system and the trouble it caused me. Very frustrating and annoying.

Dr. Melvin Lopez is wonderful — he's pleasant, takes the time to really listen to my concerns, and offers great advice for addressing them.
