Kim greeted me and was very welcoming. During checkout, she explained to me what my options were for next step treatments, including printouts to show my cost and what insurance would and would not cover. She has excellent people skills. I had an emergency need to see dentist when i hadn't seen one in over 15 years. My hesitance stemmed from a lifetime of bad experience with dentists, Endodontists and oral surgeons.
