Great Floorplan with efficient use of space. We have an Oscar that we love. Huge pantry, lots of kitchen storage, 4 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. They have responded well to most of our warranty issues. My biggest complaint is the landscaping. Eden Landscaping did a terrible, terrible job. You call the number on the sprinkler box and it indicates that it is disconnected. Poor build quality. Most recently, rainwater would leak into my bathroom from upstairs and literally fill buckets. Water damage present. Every single window around my house had to be resealed due to improper installation. The irrigation system stopped working, prompting a rework. Inadequate drainage turned the sides of my house into a marsh. Chunks of concrete from the stepped garage floor have been eroding since my purchase.
