I loved here from September of last year to January. It was horrible from day 1. Cockroaches everywhere in my apartment from the first day I moved in. They came and sprayed twice but it’s as horrible. Also, our apartment almost flooded on thanksgiving and I called the emergency line. Nobody answered. Thankfully we got it stopped. Bad paint jobs, poor patching, air not working properly. We were told we would have a washer and dryer in unit and didn’t. Hated all of it. Would not recommend. Beautiful view. Just not worth it.
I guess I got the shitty apartment. Everything keeps breaking. It was poorly set up to begin with...
My daughter and her fiance live there and it;s very nice.
