Questionable establishment, Im a previous loyal tenant. I moved out 4 months ago and have yet to receive my full deposit back. I keep getting the run around and was told to call back in another 2-3 weeks. Its been months. Due to their new system its extremely hard to get ahold of the front office. This is a big issue and I will take it into stronger matters if need be.
For how much I pay in rent, it’s pretty ridiculous that my packages or mail are consistently stolen when part of the fees we pay with rent is for the smart locker for packages…… just for it still to not be a safe place for our stuff to be delivered. I’ve gone to check the mail multiple times and the entire covering is lifted off the mailboxes. For somewhere charging so much in rent the security should be better. It’s really not that hard to buy cameras and follow up when someone complains about their mail being stolen.
