I moved here in summer of 2023 to try and be closer to school, hoping it would meet my expectations when I was just wanting to have three pets at home. Moved out of Ventana about 2.5 months ago after living there for 4 years. Initially my experience was great, I never had issues with my time the first year. It wasn’t until the last 2-3 years I noticed a turnover of front office staff-which is common for most apartment complexes. When I first moved to Ventana, customer service was amazing; front office staff were nice and helpful. Had a couple technical issues with connection to get codes, but overall this was a great self tour opportunity! Allowed for moving at your own pace and seeing what you like or what questions you would want to ask, if any arise! Very interesting and great experience!
Apartment communities should be evaluated with realistic expectations. For instance, Ventana is an older property, so expecting flawless units would be unreasonable. That said, my experience with the staff at Ventana has been exceptional from the very beginning. Whether communicating online, via text, phone, or in person, their service has been consistently outstanding.
