A few days ago I left these apartments after having lived there for many years. The truth is that I lived very comfortably. The office staff always did what they could. There are a lot of homeless people who make the hallways very dirty, but it is something that is out of control in the area. Thank you very much for all of Ventana Apartments.
Pesimas condiciones en el condominio. Siempre esta sucio en los pasillos puedes ver personas dormidas que no viven aqui. El personal de la oficina no realiza bien su trabajo. Siempre cometen errores y no lo aceptan
Love living here!!! The office ladies Freda and Brandy are always so sweet and helpful Any time I’ve had any issues they help me get it right
Mail box was broken into several times resulting in credit card and debit card fraud, missing ID'S ect. There was human feces in the hallway for more than 2 weeks. The hallways are constantly being vandalized. The homeless will smoke drugs (crack, fentanyl, herorin) inside the hallway at doorways. There is often drug paraphernalia in the laundry rooms and there was piss in the trashcan for who knows how long. The keycard system is always broken. If I could give 0 stars, I would absolutely do so. Where do I even begin? Let’s start with them stating in one review response, ‘safety is a top priority of ours’. I cannot emphasize how much this statement is complete and utter bull. I have not once, felt safe in that apartment. Not once. Ladies: if you move to Ventana you will experience being the victim of theft, sexual harassment and threats on your life.
