I will start off by saying that Dr. Jeanett is awesome, but the front staff is so inept and this issue started several years ago. I asked them not to continually send us emails, texts and calls trying to get us to schedule our pets more than once a year, but it is all a money grab. I have always gotten their shots together, but they try to make you come in every 6 months by claiming your pet needs a shot and then you have to do the exam to get the shot.
