Delivered to Debbie in 121N and she lied saying she didn’t get her groceries! So either the front desk didn’t deliver to the correct person after being told multiple times the room number or Debbie is a straight up liar!

Ventana ripping their employees off their pay. 1 hr break per shift. Employees struggling to pay bills. Under the umbrella of low census of 3 months and counting.
My aunt was at Ventana for rehab after a major surgery . I can never say that I am 100% happy with any facility or staff, however the nurses and staff at this place were so amazing. Upon walking in you are immediately greeted with warm and friendly smiles. The building was cleaned imaculenty. No old people or medicine smell.(lol) There was one nurse that took her time and escorted me all the way to my aunt's room where I found her clean, dry with a good meal and in very good spirits.
