Purchased a dryer vent cleaning package last Thursday. Recieved a receipt of purchase however no shipping details called Monday someone said it would be shipped out and I would have recieved an e mail for the tracking. Here we are Thursday has come again had to call back this morning to hear the same thing that items will be shipped and should recieve tracking by carrier. Nate and Evan were very helpful answering all of my many questions. I ordered their Mighty Mouse compressor and that had been a very good investment. I’m glad I found these guys. I will continue to order more things from them . I highly recommend doing business with them.
