VERY professional and knowledgeable. Quick and clean!
Called out of concern over a report my condo complex gave on my unit from another vendor. Vest Safe had me send a picture and was great. He noted my vent was fine, ran correctly and he didn't need to come out. He spent close to 1/2 with me and I am grateful, saved me a service call.
Very professional. Responded to our call right away. Called in a Friday, set us up on Monday!!! Right on time, worked efficiently, cleaned up everything, answered all our questions, gave advice. Dryer is old, but now running safer and so much more efficiently!! Can’t thank Jim enough!!
I highly recommend Jim from Vent Safe. Just a nice, honest man who did a great job. Very thorough, explained everything as he went, and even cleaned the floor after. He also gave me a lesson on drying more efficiently which I appreciated!
