Our home was built with the dryer vent running up the wall and out of the roof (not by choice). The vent cap screen on the roof got clogged with lint within a year, so I removed it. Needless to say birds built a nest inside, clogging the vent again. After numerous failed DIY attempts, I broke down and called Vent Pros. Vent Pros Hawaii was amazing! They had a quick response and came first thing the next morning. My dryer was showing an 80% restriction, and they thoroughly cleaned out the vent and resolved the issue right away. Very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. I really appreciate how fast and smooth the whole process was. Highly recommend Vent Pros Hawaii!
Vent Pros Hawaii did an excellent job. Al the owner was super nice throughout the entire process, he responded the initial consultation and came by the property right away! give us a proposal and then work with us to squeeze us in his busy schedule! The did an excellent job and provided photos of the before and after of the central AC duct cleaning! We now have piece of mind that our new house we just bought doesn't have any weird growing in it! I am very “ Pro” Vent Pros Hawai’i! I HIGHLY recommend Al and his team! We appreciated their professional knowledge and help cleaning the mold in our AC ductwork! They did an excellent job!
