I don’t usually leave reviews, but this one deserves it. I paid top dollar expecting a thorough, professional duct cleaning. The crew barely spent 45 minutes in my home, didn’t explain what they were doing, and left without showing any proof the work was completed. No before/after photos, no report just a receipt and a shrug. I asked questions during the service and was met with vague answers like “it’s all taken care of” or “you’ll feel the difference.” Days later no difference. Great experience with Vent Pro out of Leesburg Fl..issues with long drying time, had dryer checked by GE, working fine. GE recommended cleaning dryer vent. Called Vent Pro, luckily they were able to fit us right in. Mike explained cleaning process, was very knowlegable, very efficient, showed us pictures of the significant lint build up. Recommended Vent Pro for dryer vent needs. Thank you Mike!!
