I don’t usually leave reviews, but this one deserves it. I paid top dollar expecting a thorough, professional duct cleaning. The crew barely spent 45 minutes in my home, didn’t explain what they were doing, and left without showing any proof the work was completed. No before/after photos, no report just a receipt and a shrug. I asked questions during the service and was met with vague answers like “it’s all taken care of” or “you’ll feel the difference.” Days later no difference.
