11-26-2025 Update: professional techs provide good on-site service however their sales tactics are awful. Aggressive calls from employees who speak like AI chatbots, who keep calling despite being asked not to, and invent estimates that were never done as some shady sales tactic. The actual service is good but the marketing is frustrating.
Staff is very knowledgable and courteous. The technician Kyle L. is meticulous and is a good communicator. (Plus he is a dog person!) A nice backup: the receipt includes photos of all the procedures.
Kyle was great at fixing my main heating unit, he explained what was needed and got the job done smoothly along with cleaning up after he was done.
Salt just came and serviced my wife and I’s new house. Their technician John Cutler was amazing. He was able to help us with everything we needed in a timely and professional manner. John even gave us some helpful information as first time homeowners on common electrical issues and set up we should be aware of. We would definitely recommend them to anyone in need.
