Wow! John Ross was here yesterday to give me an estimate on a replacement HVAC system for my home and he also looked at my current system. What a complete inspection he gave. I’ve never had anybody give as thorough a going over for any of my home improvement projects -and I’ve had a lot over the decades. What an education for me! If everyone at Salt Air is as thorough and knowledgeable as John I will probably use them for my semi-annual maintenance program no matter who I choose for the installation
We had our semi annual maintenance done on both our units Friday 1-26-24 and the 2 techs that came out were a pleasure to meet. Cody & Rachel were so helpful with all my questions + very thorough & found an issue i didn’t know i had as well as suggested something that would be beneficial. Had our bi-annual inspection done the other day by Keeley with Salt Air and it couldn't have gone any better. She is efficient, left the work area spotless and was a nice person - friendly, respectful, and professional all wrapped together. I will definitely ask for her the next time we have an inspection or need any service. Jeff Bosso was my tech today. He could not have done a better job. He was polite, through, made excellent recommendations and was very skilled. Salt Air is always the best. This job could not have been done any better. Very through and complete and great technician! Always provides the best possible service with experience and pleasant technicians.
