Doug was awesome. He was very open and communicative with me as I am 4 hours away. The repair was very reasonable and he checked many other parts of the system. Very pleased with Doug!
This was my first time using Salt Aire for a home that had gone under contract to sell. The service tech Stephe was professional and kept me informed at all times of the work I had requested. Everyone from the dispatcher to the service tech was informative and courteous. Service was prompt and they did not try and over sell me.
Salt air is absolutely horrible. Our unit went out on one of the hottest days in July. Their tech Kyle Lowery fortunately came out the next day, but only to take a few photos, not look at our unit or even attempt to fix. Then demanded over $100 before leaving. Payment for NOTHING? According to Salt Air quotes for new units are free. I guess that's true except when Kyle comes to service you! Technician was efficient and professional. Quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us options for solving it. We were very pleased with his timely arrival and ability to solve the problem quickly.
Keeley is a Salt Air Superhero! We previously were quoted a new unit from another company but Keeley was so thorough and knowledgeable she diagnosed our HVAC issue down to an easily replaceable part and recommended we take that approach first which fixed the problem. Thanks to Keeley we’re back to cool air in this summer heat and Salt Air customers from now on!
