We had Salt Air come out for a potential issue - they sent their airflow specialist, Ryan out to review and assess. Turns out their was no issue to address - he updated and educated me on what he found. The Salt Air team consistently provides quality service, technically competent individuals who are professional, polite and all a pleasure to deal with. And the truly differentiating factor is they all carry themselves with the utmost honesty and integrity. Highly recommend.
Got some capacitors replaced on my AC unit, yet still got charged an exorbitant fee just for showing up. Apparently that's the norm in Wilmington these days, fine. But since then every few months I get unwarranted emails and phone calls with voicemails trying to sell me their membership crap. So let me get this straight, I can pay almost $1000 for 30 minutes of HVAC service and get rewarded with sales calls every few months for life? Oh, joy.
