Extremely professional and helpful. Hunter came out to clean my dryer vent and found that it was installed incorrectly when my house was built and it never should have passed inspection. He explained everything thoroughly and was so helpful with the follow up questions I had a few weeks later. He even offered to come by on the day the builder came to repair it to ensure it was done correctly. He also never charged me for the initial visit. Exceptional customer service.
We needed our dryer vent replaced and moved. Mr Thompson was very professional and informative about what needed to be done. He was early both visits,professional and very fairly priced. Would definitely recommend.
