Called to get details for service call. The lady spoke broken English and she asked me for my area code...I asked where she was located. And ta da.....she hung up on me. 🤡 company. Keep in mind its a 330 area code for this company. Lol. DO NOT CALL.
I called and spoke with Nicky on 06-01-23 who was very nice and was was able to fit me onto their schedule for 06-04-23. The Tech, by the name of Matt called to let me know they were running early and they were on their way. Without hesitation I agreed. Matt and Mark arrived and listened to my concerns. Both men did a very thorough maintenance job and explained what was additionally needed for the central air unit to run smoothly.
