Great service. Tech Austin arrived on time and explained everything he was going to do. Work was efficient and professional. The camera showed the before and after effects of their process. Definitely recommend Vent Doctor.
Took a chance on VentDoctor based on the reviews, and I'm glad I did! They got back to me quickly and I had an appointment scheduled for a cleaning within a week of my call. Austin, the technician that showed up, was incredibly nice and professional, and gave us some tips for light maintenance we could do between VentDoctor visits (every 2-3 years). John is very professional and has excellent interpersonal skills. He quickly resolved the dryer vent and dryer duct blockage and clearly explained everything. My dryer is now drying everything in one cycle and in less time! Not to mention the peace of mind knowing a fire hazard risk is now eliminated. I strongly recommend Vent Doctor.
