Been waiting over 4 months to address a warranted fix. They already confirmed that it is under warranty. They have a million of excuses just to avoid addressing the issue. The unit they installed in our complex is defective which caused multiple units to have the same/similar problem.
Dan Knudsen followed through with a warranted heat pump fix that took over a year. He kept in touch. Explained what was happening and why. Spent time looking for the problem and solving it too. Highly recommended. Very professional. thank you. Brenda
Theo and his team have been incredible. A very cost competitive, complete heat pump system change out - hassle free, and on time, both scheduling wise and installation time.
