Have been using both a Reg pressure and neg pressure hood system on my kilns for over 10 years with no issues.Last year and this year was the first time that vent hose need replaced. Jay's customer service was outstanding and my hose shipped out same day. Thankyou, Firehouse Pottery
Extremely disappointed in this company. They told us whatever we wanted to hear to get the sale. As a small business, we chose to buy directly from them instead of buying from The Ceramic Shop when purchasing vent kilns and swinging brackets. It would have been cheaper to use the other website, but we know that businesses make more money when you buy directly, and so we did that.
