Had Joe over to service my 16 year old Generac. Was reasonably priced and did a great job.
I very seldom write a review! But, I really need to write this review. Joe, while installing the Generac equipment, I feel that we had became friends. Joe visited my home and measured and explained exactly what he would do to provide service. I had other dealers visit and the prices were comparable, but there was something about Joe. He delivered the unit and shortly afterwards began installation. Joe was professional and helpful. Definitely would recommend him.
Joe was very responsive when we called him to repair our generator. He is professional and thorough! He goes the extra mile as well; after he put our generator on a concrete pad for stability he even mulched around it! We will be using him going forward for all of our generator maintenance needs. Thanks Joe!
