They have a "can't do" attitude even before asking about the scope of work or budget or production they (sound like owner and sales rep in one) assumed the worst and never asked for details because their assumptions were enough for them. You missed out on a $200k/year relationship with that attitude. But I probably dodged a bullet , I would imagine once we get into the project that can't do attitude would come up over and over again and they would easily fold. I recommend anyone else.
