I had been anticipating an appointment all week from Mark to do a remeberance tattoo. He was quick in communicating the price and availability. As the day approached I don't hear much from him or the shop. Was not expecting to either. However the day of the tattoo which is TODAY Mark texts me telling me he doesn't have the artwork and won't have time to do my sketch I should drop it off today and come over the weekend.
