Disgusting company. I cancelled my services, they still billed me AFTER I cancelled. Kept sending me a past due notice which I did NOT owe; because I’m positive I cancelled. The didn’t care. The manager was so incredibly rude. Now, it hit my credit. I’ll be filing a complaint with the BBB, CRPB, and attorney general. This company misrepresented my dates of service and when I cancelled. I’ll make it my mission to rate them everywhere I can.
Nephtaly was professional and friendly. He apologized for coming late (not a problem for me at all) and got right to work. So far I am pleased with Turner Pest Control!
Michael is fantastic! He takes great care in his work and goes the extra mile every time he visits. He remembers our trouble spots and always follows up. He is truly a gem! I was a Venom customer before Turner... there have been a few bumps with communication and billing, and not every technician is as thorough as Michael. But overall, we feel like our home is taken care of and our concerns are heard.
