Just wanted to update my experiences here at venom and again and again with Ella , I love coming to my appointment Ella nails it everytime she is so precise and takes such care in her art! Always recommends to me what I need and I just trust her! As an hair stylist of 20 + years myself I know when you find your person as a stylist! And always love the salon vibe and love just being a client ❤️Absolute vibe is Venom! Worth the 2 hour drive for my appointment. I had the best experience with Anika, who did a fantastic job with my hair! I got a no bleach chestnut brown on my natural jet black hair, along with a layered cut (she also styled my hair in the end which turned out so pretty!). The colour turned out absolutely perfect, exactly how I wanted it. I’m usually quite particular and sensitive when it comes to my hair but Anika was so gentle and professional. Had an amazing experience with the team at venom especially Anika who was very lovely and amazing to talk to. She made sure I wasn’t uncomfortable throughout the process and really went above and beyond. I came in not knowing fully what I wanted but with her help and guidance we achieved the change I was looking for, honestly so happy with my new colour and cut. Highly recommend
Paid $129 for a cut, the cut was 20 minutes and not very good. Went to another hairdresser straight after explained what happened and they nailed the look in half hour and paid $40. The hairdresser I went to was shocked at the cut that was given and said it looked like a beginner apprentice had done it, and that no way should it have been cut the way it had. They laughed as it was such a bad cut!. Don't waste money here.
