I’ve been coming to Dr. Nahhas office for over two years, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received. The staff is always friendly and professional, and the office is clean and well-organized. Dr. Nahhas takes the time to really listen to my concerns and explains everything clearly. I never feel rushed during appointments. Office staff in incompetent. Testing appointments full of embarrassment by the office staff during testing. Then turned away for appointments the staff never cancelled. Person that supposedly is office mgr hung up on my issues and concerns. Dr may be great but the office staff is horrible, rude and mean.
The waiting area is very nice and clean- I did not have to wait long. They accommodated me when I called to get in as soon as possible. Everyone that works in the office is SUPER friendly. I have extreme PTSD and anxiety and they were all amazing, helpful & understanding. Dr. Nahhas came in the room and I immediately felt like everything was going to be okay. He assured me all was well- great bedside manor. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
