My daughter goes here and has told me horrible stories about their staff. I have worked in healthcare for over 20 years in different capacities and was shocked that the doctors allow this behaviour. Reception is supposed to make patients feel comfortable and they represent the office. Let me in here to teach them a few things.
Receptionist is very rude family dr denied a senior. They never answer the phone and have to book an appointment for walk in.
Terrible call service.
Since they moved locations and changed ownership/ management the service has declined steadily. Doctors are ok however can't get anyone to answer the phone even when the place is empty. Clearly management doesn't care about patient care only the bottom dollar, so disappointed. Only getting one star because there isn't an option for less
Would leave zero stars if possible. Called first thing in the morning to book an appointment for my husband who has pneumonia and was told maybe in two or three days. Their urgent care in the evening is also unavailable. Rude, insensitive receptionists who couldn’t care less if people need to be seen. Would never recommend this clinic to anyone
