I was honestly shocked to see a 1.9 rating for this clinic, because my experience has been nothing short of amazing. The doctors here truly take the time to listen, care, and offer genuine support instead of rushing you out the door. On top of that, having such an efficient and attentive pharmacy right on-site makes managing healthcare so much easier. The entire team is kind, supportive, and dedicated. Don’t let the low rating deter you—this is a wonderful medical office.
I recently went to see a Doctor there,she was very nice & thorough, she recommended physio therapy & X-rays the requisitions would be at reception. Much to my surprise I was told there I would have to pay $20.00 cash or $20.80 on debit or credit card. To get the requisition. Unbelievable & so very tacky I’m a senior on a pension & they feel ok to gouge me for a form so I can get physio shame on you
Had to go somewhere else, incompence and lack of care, absolutely abysmal, the staff do not care
tara, the receptionist is rude. every single time i call or go in, she is rude. id switch doctors if i could find one just so i wouldn’t have to deal with her. after going through a bunch of reviews, apparently it isnt just me tara, the one who still wears a mask so you cant hear her, is unbelievably rude to. she actually had the nerve to shrug at me when i asked why they were charging me a fee that was never disclosed BEFORE I MADE THE APPOINTMENT! which violates the CPSO uninsured services policy! vennix look at your revie... read more
I used to have respect for this office but in the last 6 years they treat you like a cash money box and don't care weather you are sick or not
