My family and I had our initial meeting with Dr. Alaei today. He was very knowledgeable and answered all the concerns and questions. Overall, the experience was very positive and successful with Dr. Alaei. The receptionist Zainab was so warm, very friendly, and helpful. Super happy with the initial meet and greet appointment! Looking forward to being under his care.
So this is the future of the “family doctor” I’m quite happy with my doctor (Dr. Vahabi) If I can get past the screening of the front office, it’s such a hassle I’ve gone to a walk in clinic instead of my “family doctor” on two occasions. I suppose we’ll see more of this kind of “all business” operation (sadly) There is no connection with patients whatsoever.
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this establishment. The staff at the reception desk are completely useless, lazy, and exhibit an attitude that is both unprofessional and unacceptable. Getting any help or information feels like an impossible task—it's almost laughable how difficult it is to get someone on the phone. the older receptionist is rude. every single time i call or go in, she is rude. id switch doctors if i could find one just so i wouldn’t have to deal with her. after going through a bunch of reviews, apparently it isnt just me tara (believe that’s her name) the receptionist who still wears a mask so you cant hear her, is unbelievably rude to. vennix look at your reviews and talk to her! she’s rude to majority of people not to mention the clinic itself it pretty useless. wait weeks for an appointment & if you dare to go to a ... read more
