Dr Siavash Taheri-Shalmani is hesitant to touch his patients or recommend tests to determine what is actually going on. He doesn’t listen or care about chronic pain. So glad to have found a new doctor (not at this clinic) who is interested in finding causes and solutions to my ongoing pain
Reviews are relevant. Impossible to get a hold of someone. Impossible to get a call back. Poor communication. That's not even touching the over prescribing and poor practice of getting to the real issues. Not ok.
Absolutely disappointed with this clinic. It’s no surprise this place has poor reviews — the front desk staff are consistently rude, unhelpful, lazy, and seem completely indifferent to patient needs. I’ve called numerous times throughout the day with no response, and no one ever returns calls. When I’ve walked in, I often see staff just sitting around chatting, ignoring the constantly ringing phone. Trying to book an urgent appointment is a nightmare. So so grateful that I found a new doctor and don't have to go to this place any longer. I have been a patient here my whole life (before they switched to this terrible place) my old doctor retired, who was the best doctor I have ever had, then I was placed with Dr. Gentles. If you want to be degraded, shamed, told she can't help you due to her religious beliefs, ignored, or even killed, this is your place to go.
