If I could give no stars I would. Vennex is a joke of a health clinic. Their phone line is a glorified answering machine as even though I have seen several people behind the desk, not ONE TIME have I seen that phone answered. Despite hearing it ring. They have also forgotten about people (I had a friend wait 45 minutes because of this) as well as my self. I had a 2:00pm appointment and wasn't brought in until 2:45, then I was promptly rushed like it was my fault I waited???? Not to mention the rough position I am in currentl... read more
Find another doctor. Place is horrible.
Would give 0 if I could Trying to see a doctor for over a year and get a physical/blood work done just to have my appomeht constantly cancelled a week before the day of appomnent. I get it, life happens but cancelling on me 3 plus times is just a lack of care or empathy by a health professional.
I'm sure I'm just another person complaining about the receptionists who seemingly don't know what their job entails. This is the tail wagging the dog. Patients have to wait till our messages are answered and if they feel like it they might return your call. They should be answering the phone in the first place. If they hate their jobs so much then why continue doing it? QUIT! 0 stars (if I could).
