The worst experience we have ever had working with a so called professional. The staff nor Daniel has any sense of urgency and are novices in quickboooks. An insane amount of back and forth emails to clarify items that have already been clarified prior. Many items were not categorized correctly which led to mistakes on tax returns and had to be redone in which he charged us for.
