Don't go here. I tried to get a NYS inspection 3 times. 1st time, the mechanic didnt have his license. 2nd, need appointment(ok w/e) 3rd,with appointment "we dont have the time" ohh and they tried telling me that my 70% tint was actually 27%, and that my new car with 1500 miles on it "could have rust on the rotors." At best they're disorganized & ignorant and at worst, they're trying to scam you. (all verified by a real mechanic) Edited for respons: they are Lying in the response.
