They sent a letter to us saying they are dropping my husband as a pt. No reason, just dropped. Anyway, they never answer their phone so it's always hard to reschedule.
I have a referral from my Dr.'s office for my A1C, to see an Endocrinologist - so I chose Dr. Segu since he is close to my home. The office doesn't answer their phone. They have an automated system where you can choose to leave a message or interact via text message. I chose text message. I told "Kathleen", identified as "Front Desk", that I had a referral from my Dr. and she responded by saying they were not accepting patients for menopause/hormone imbalance. Dr. Segu who I have never seen in the 3 years I have been going to his office sent me a letter saying they will no longer be my Endocrinologist. They never answer their phone. They claim to be short staffed but when I was in there they were not. They texted with me concerning the letter they sent but would not speak on the phone with me. Will have to turn in this office to Texas Medical Board.
