Dr. Segu who I have never seen in the 3 years I have been going to his office sent me a letter saying they will no longer be my Endocrinologist. They never answer their phone. They claim to be short staffed but when I was in there they were not. They texted with me concerning the letter they sent but would not speak on the phone with me. Will have to turn in this office to Texas Medical Board.
It used to be much better care but the care has gone way downhill the past 8 months. I can never reach a person at this office by phone or by messages that I sent in the portal. A recorded message says that they have a staff shortage but when I have been to my appointments, they seem to be very well-staffed and have at least 5 women sitting in the checkout area who are behind desks and seem to be working..There is a definite disconnect in what they say and what they do. I wouldn’t recommend this Doctor’s office.at this time.

Mrs. Melissa was very rude to me. She told me I could not get a sooner appointment. I had hung up on her, and I apologize for that. I am a proud Schizoaffective Navy Veteran. Mrs. Melissa should not be working there. I hope Black men get treated better, period. And I hope I will be able to schedule an appointment this month with my Medicare Pt. B.
