Attempted to get an appointment for 2 weeks with proper paperwork submitted. It was only through a face to face visit to the office to find out they do not treat high A1C or low testosterone. That is reasonable, but there was no notification of that until I made an office visit. The only to this office is communication was through a very poor designed texting procedure. Very disappointed in all aspects of office staff.
They sent a letter to us saying they are dropping my husband as a pt. No reason, just dropped. Anyway, they never answer their phone so it's always hard to reschedule.
I have a referral from my Dr.'s office for my A1C, to see an Endocrinologist - so I chose Dr. Segu since he is close to my home. The office doesn't answer their phone. They have an automated system where you can choose to leave a message or interact via text message. I chose text message. I told "Kathleen", identified as "Front Desk", that I had a referral from my Dr. and she responded by saying they were not accepting patients for menopause/hormone imbalance.
