If I could give a zero star rating I would. I’ve been a patient at this office for the past ten plus years and staff changes have made it unbearable to visit now. The admin and practitioners currently are impatient, uncaring, unprofessional, untimely, etc. just to name a few negative adjectives that describe the experiences I’ve had the last several visits. Dr. Venkata Ponte, in particular, has a poor bedside manner and is more concerned with a woman’s weight than actual medical practice and assessing health or its issues. I... read more
