I have seen this provider for 3 kidney stone procedures. I found the care lacking in compassion. His staff member, Lori, is rude and condescending. The Nurse Practitioner and MA's are great, friendly and caring. If you are in pain, do not count on this provider for relief or compassion. He may be a very good doctor, I just have not had that experience with him personally.
