Weird vibes. I made an appt. for a mani/pedi. Came in, the guy at the front was very "chill" and directed me back to a chair. I say chill because he barely had a pulse and it didn't seem to matter or be relevant whether I had an appt. or not. I was serviced immediately but just a pedicure, not a manicure. My pedicurist was mid. She did a mid job. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I feel other customers should know what to expect. From the moment I walked in, I felt pressured into upgrades that I repeatedly declined. I asked for a simple gel manicure and gel pedicure, but the services and pricing were never clearly explained.
